- The story title and website link.
- The specific statement you believe is inaccurate.
- Your proposed correction and supporting documents or other evidence.
- A way for the newsroom to reply.
This helps the newsroom assess your concern. Sending a request does not itself change a published story.

Tell us what happened, where and when it happened, and why it matters to your community. Distinguish what you witnessed from information you heard from others.
